Stripe Atlas pricing says that for a $500 one-time setup fee (including government fees and your first year of registered agent services) you get $2,500 in Stripe product credits for your first year after incorporation and access to over $50,000 in partner discounts. It also includes an 83(b) election filing and document templates.
Stripe also says it will refund the Atlas fee if you deposit $5,000 into a Stripe Treasury bank account within 90 days of incorporation. The registered agent renews at $100 a year after the first year.
